At PlasticPlanthub, we aim to deliver high-quality artificial plants and décor items to your doorstep. Please read our refund and return terms carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • Returns or exchanges for personal preference or change of mind will not be accepted.
  • A clear, unedited video recording of the parcel being opened (from the moment it is sealed until fully opened) is mandatory for all damage/defect claims. Without this proof, no return or refund will be processed.

Timeframe to Report an Issue

  • Customers must raise a return or refund request within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Requests made after this period will not be considered.

Return & Refund Process

  • Contact us via email or phone with your order number, issue details, and the required opening video.
    • After verification, we will arrange the return pickup or process a refund as per eligibility.

Order Refusal / Non-Acceptance

  • If the customer is unavailable, refuses to accept the order, or the package is returned due to reasons not attributable to PlasticPlantsHub (e.g., wrong address, repeated failed delivery attempts), two-way shipping charges (forward + return) and packaging costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • For customised or made-to-order products, no refund will be provided for refusal or non-acceptance.

Refund Method

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customised products, clearance sale items, and items marked “non-returnable” on the product page.
